Sales Marketing Administrator


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Marketing Administrator to join our team.


Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing export-related documents, including contracts, orders, and invoices.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide necessary support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Monitor and manage inventory levels of sales-related materials and supplies.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure seamless sales operations.


Requirements:

  • Proficient in communicating using English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Previous experience in a sales administration role or similar position is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to join immediately.
