Abhitech is hiring of position Human Resource Administration for the internal team.


Requirement :
  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Major.
  2. Min. 2 years of relevant or similar experience in anHRrole, a candidate fromHRServices/ Outsourcing company /MIGAS industry is a plus.
  3. Great team player, interpersonal skills, multitasking, details oriented,leadership skills, and the ability to work unsupervised.
  4. Strong moral and ethical code.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office.
  7. Excellent administrative skills.
  8. Comprehensive literacy on Payroll practices and legislation (Tax, BPJS, labor-related)
  9. Familiar with Manpower Regulation
  10. Eager to learn, Hands-on experience with Payroll Software (HRIS) is a plus.


Jobs Description :
  1. To independently monitor and administer HR-related documentation from employee data to employment agreements
  2. Able to document effectively for good follow-up and procedure and for transparency
  3. Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries for Employee and Client Request
  4. Handle Hiring and prepare Employment Agreement
  5. Proactive in following up employment-related request and data
  6. High accuracy in data entry & checking documents
  7. Ensure the HR database is up-to-date and accurate
  8. Good Communication and interaction with the internal team and employees at all times to ensure that projects requirements are delivered on-time
  9. Arrange for PPE/ Working Equipment
  10. In charge of Employee Annual Leave
  11. In- charge of Travel requests from Clients/ Employees
  12. Manage BPJS & Medical Insurance
  13. Monitor validity, arrange and schedule MCU & Training with Employees
  14. Check and follow up for Timesheet & Expense Report completion in a timely manner
  15. Payroll Handling
  16. Compile Supporting Documents for Invoicing to clients
