Abhitech is hiring of position Human Resource Administration for the internal team.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Major.
- Min. 2 years of relevant or similar experience in anHRrole, a candidate fromHRServices/ Outsourcing company /MIGAS industry is a plus.
- Great team player, interpersonal skills, multitasking, details oriented,leadership skills, and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Strong moral and ethical code.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Comprehensive literacy on Payroll practices and legislation (Tax, BPJS, labor-related)
- Familiar with Manpower Regulation
- Eager to learn, Hands-on experience with Payroll Software (HRIS) is a plus.
- To independently monitor and administer HR-related documentation from employee data to employment agreements
- Able to document effectively for good follow-up and procedure and for transparency
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries for Employee and Client Request
- Handle Hiring and prepare Employment Agreement
- Proactive in following up employment-related request and data
- High accuracy in data entry & checking documents
- Ensure the HR database is up-to-date and accurate
- Good Communication and interaction with the internal team and employees at all times to ensure that projects requirements are delivered on-time
- Arrange for PPE/ Working Equipment
- In charge of Employee Annual Leave
- In- charge of Travel requests from Clients/ Employees
- Manage BPJS & Medical Insurance
- Monitor validity, arrange and schedule MCU & Training with Employees
- Check and follow up for Timesheet & Expense Report completion in a timely manner
- Payroll Handling
- Compile Supporting Documents for Invoicing to clients
