Job Description
Our Exciting Opportunity:


To assure domain sales by supporting the CU ID KAM organization with business development and Digital Services domain specific sales activities securing that Ericsson is perceived as a preferred partner. Work on strategic level identifying leads and opportunities as well as taking the role of ACR or CSR in a specific engagement!


We are looking for an E2E Core Portfolio specialist, with deep knowledge of classic and Packet Core, User Management, BSS and Policy portfolio, to expand Ericsson 5GC Business.


You will:


  • Act as ambassador during post sales to continuously monitor customer relationship and internal stakeholder to support project team deliverables ensuring customer success, securing recurring revenue through agreed roadmaps.
  • Act as account commercial responsible, customer fulfilment responsible or customer solution responsible during early pre-sales stage, proactively develop/nurture the opportunities, help customer understand the industry trends, develop the solution needs, develop joint roadmap, planning budget, influencing tender solutioning and negotiation.
  • Scope, define, and design strategy and solution offerings; driving end-to-end solutions, by working on strategy, business, and technical level, defining business requirements, and driving risk assessments.
  • Support prioritization discussions between impacted CUs and Solution Area (SA) related to Product roadmaps and quality issues
  • Participate in sales campaigns relating to 5G business introduction and Strategic Initiatives, associated business development, asset creation for new solutions, strategy definition, value argumentation, customer visits, sales, and delivery readiness strategy.
  • Actively participate and drive community/communities from across MOAI working to encourage the sharing of knowledge and assets to efficiently harness the full capability of the organization.
  • Work closely with account to develop, constant monitor the relationship across customer organization CxO and working level.


To be successful in the role you must have :


  • Knowledge of Ericsson Sales process and capabilities to influence the CTO & the CTO Organization on the new transformation, working on a Strategic level and lead customer discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability on Client Management, BSS, Policy, EPC, 5G, Core and Cloud, Containers. Understanding of 3GPP standards, Operators fixed and mobile network architectures, and impacts from NFV, SD Cloud, Orchestration & MANO, and security.
  • Proven records of delivered engagement plans through sales processes, solution proposals, customer workshop/roadmaps, communication plans.
  • Bachelor degree, BM, MS preferred (engineering) & Telecommunication experience background is a must


Additional Requirements:


  • Delivering results and meet customer expectation with flexibility to assume challenges as business requires
  • Ability to formulate strategies and concepts with excellent presentation and communication abilities, persuading and influencing and argumentation
  • Able to converse in local language Bahasa is considered an advantage but not a must.
  • Industry certifications such as Openstak, k8s etc from Linux Foundation, HCP so on is considered an advantage.
