Sales Executive (Construction Industry)

We are seeking highly motivated, dynamic and hard-working experienced sales professionals, who will take the challenged to be part of our Sales Team in a contract base.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

Qualifications

• Experience in sales to government, state own company or private project
• Minimum 2 (two) years sales experience in housing/building/construction industries and retail sector
• Dynamic personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knows people/clients they can contact to in these industries
• Minimum Diploma Degree
• Understand basic english
