About Our Client
Our client is a global reputable brand within the Travel industry. With travel restrictions lifted and an increased motion in activities across the sector, our client is looking for a Senior Manager for Sales and Distribution - maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the industry, ensuring strategic growth and achieved objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with new accounts and channels, along with maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing ones
• Take ownership of sales pipeline - construct and implement strategies to ensure and strengthen market positioning
• Construct SOP development - ensuring its aligned with regulations and business objectives
• Construct annual budgeting and strategic plans for internal alignment with cross-departments
• Maintain relationships with Travel Agents & OTA, Tourism Board and other business partners
• Detailed in initiating, gathering and interpreting data - developing recommendations for future growth and company milestones
• Develop strategic plans on industry developments, create competitor analysis across different channels and territories to further identify commercial activities
• Gather understanding on regulations set by the government, aligning with them when creating commercial strategies

The Successful Applicant
Requirements:

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills - working with senior key stakeholders across the organizations within the region
• Skilled in excel/google sheet, powerpoint, word
• At least 7 years of professional experience in Managerial/Head Levels within Sales & Distribution function within the Travel/Airline industry
• Possess great attention to details - able to analyze data, identify trends and develop action plans
• A Bachelor's degree at any relevant field from a reputable university
• Able to frequently travel on business trips
• Able to think strategically and demonstrate leadership skills for multiple projects
• Understand various sales strategies within the industry - revenue and pricing, sales, network, corporate account, charter flight, and group booking, among others
