Parts Coordinator (O&G Industry)

An interesting Parts Coordinator (Oil and Gas Industry) job has become available at a multinational company that is committed to strong ESG.

Your main responsibility will be to assist Parts Manager to manage Parts Department to meet company sales targets, manage the team, and maintain the relationship with the customer as well as the principal.

Internal Relationships:

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Support regional reporting requirements through accurate parts and equipment funnel development and forecasted order placements for OEM accounts
• Maintain sales records, as a basis for reports to the Management team
• Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
• Perform & monitor transactions.
• Establish active communication and engagement with Parts Dept. to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
• Liaise with all Enerflex worldwide.
• Handling orders, and validating the orders have the correct prices and product numbers.

External Relationships:

• Identify and support the development of additional product distribution agreements to grow year-on-year recurring revenue for the region
• Maintain the customer base, and get new customers.
• Liaise with Principal, Customers, Vendors
• Support and develop mutually beneficial relationships with key OEM representatives to ensure Enerflex meet required local and regional KPIs
• Support Parts Dept. on order processing and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.

To succeed in this role, you are coming from the parts department and from OG Industry

Successful Candidate:

• Sound organizational, computing skills particularly Excel, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• 4 years experience in the resource industry or suitable experience in a similar role
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications are highly desirable.
• Experience within the O&G industry with rotating equipment and relative OEM product sales and supply chain (e.g., Waukesha / CAT / Ariel) is desirable
• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Ability to effectively manage time
• Having SAP Experience
• Sound organizational, computing, and communication skills
