Position Summary


Role and Responsibilities


  • Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
  • Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
  • [Budget Management] Create Budget base on target Implementation and Maintenance All target base on Budget
  • [Project Innovation] Create and Plan New Project to Support Customer Service Department.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
  • [Service Marketing] Design and Develop Service Marketing Campaign for Increasing Service Awareness to Customer using Samsung Channel such as: Offline, Samsung.com, Social media and Apps
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • [Customer Retention Program] Create Opportunities for Samsung User to Reuse Samsung Product through Promo, Campaign and Cross Selling


Skills And Qualifications


  • Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
  • Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks
