Job Description
  • Responsible and oversee financial operation for the business, manage and resolve all operational finance related issues
  • Managing and monitoring cashflow, billing, petty cash, AR collections and E-banking transactions
  • Monitor and manage credit card and invoice payments, AR and Treasury activities
  • Ensuring good documentation filling for finance documents
  • Coordinating with Accounting for timeline finance closing (every Week 1)
  • Working with Finance controller to maintain cashflow
  • Maintain vendor document, correspond along with vendors and react to inquiries
  • Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per standards set by the company


Minimum Qualifications


  • Good leadership, detail oriented
  • Familiar with SAP B1
  • Bachelor Degree from Accounting/ Finance
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
  • Good communication skill, problem solving, time management, highly organized, have strong analytical skill
  • Strong knowledge in cash flow management, experience in preparing and controlling the budget/forecast
  • Advance in Ms.Excel
