Guest Relations Specialist Jobs

Responsibilities

• Promote a Retail Business and F&B Product
• Developing and managing the budget.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
• Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/ services.
• Coordinate with other departments to produce effective Retail Business and F&B strategies.
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
• Partnering with product development and buying teams to estimate product demand

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Public Relation in Food & Beverages industry hospitality / tourism
• Creative and ability to work under pressure
• Must possess outstanding guest service skills and ability to focus on guest needs
• Fluent in English
• Minimin Diploma / Degree holder in Public Relation / Communication / Marketing
• Must be able to contribute towards customer satisfaction targets and interactions siginificantly
• Have a strong networking ans relationship building skills
