Job Description

Requirements:

  • Experience in Payroll & Compensation Benefit is a must.
  • Strong exposure & experience working with numbers.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Familiar in using HRIS System & Ms. Excel.


:

  • Calculate and summarize monthly Compensation & Benefit for employee and Outsourcing Team (SPG, OBOG, Security, etc).
  • Responsible to execute Payment Process in HRIS System.
  • Manage BPJS activities.
  • Coordinate with HC Team for employee data transaction.
