About The Role
GoTo is looking for a Compensation Business Partner to be a key strategic partner for our Group and People Business Partners. The role will focus on enabling Business outcomes by influencing decisions aligned with GoTo’s Compensation Philosophy.
What You Will Do

• Provide good project leadership and focus on driving key outcomes
• Able to have a good collaboration with cross-functional partners including People & Culture (PAC), Business, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders on compensation decision & strategy
• As a member of the compensation team, be a key contributor and collaborator on a range of Compensation topics including but not limited to compensation planning, comp program administration, job architecture, etc
• Enhance communication and effectiveness of our compensation program
• Ability to crunch, analyze and metabolize Market & internal compensation data to drive compensation solutions with Business
• Support the CBP to partner with Business leaders & People Business Partners to enable business outcomes by way of influencing decisions aligned with GoJek’s compensation philosophy
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to hire the very best talent in a challenging market
• Demonstrate understanding of Business priorities, challenges and partner to strengthen our ability to attract, grow and retain top talent

What You Will Need

• A good understanding of compensation best practices, current compensation trends, and market benchmark data
• Experience communicating effectively across teams in markets, will be a plus point if has experience across the region
• Proven analytical skills, keen eye for detail, and truly in-depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets including building and maintaining complex models
• Good influencing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently when advising senior leaders
• At least 6+ years of work experience in business partnering and / or developing & managing compensation programs and processes in a high-growth technology environment

Group Total Reward is a C&B Center of Expertise (CoE) that provides subject matter expertise on total reward solutions, and global oversight on core C&B processes across the entire GoTo Group which at the moment spans across 5 countries with a footprint of c 10,000 headcounts. This team Interfaces and works closely with the broader PAC (People and Culture) team to provide world-class HR products and solutions to enable and accelerate the globalization and growth of Gojek.
