- Conduct reguler benefit reviews and extensions on benefit practices(e.g medical benefit renewal) and manage benefit implementation in order to provide great benefit services to employees.
- Work with relevant departments to educate, communicate, and share compensation & benefits knowledge either internally to HR or externally with other employee to increase their understanding of company compensation & benefits practices.
- Review salary offers for new hires to attract new talents while maintaining internal equity and manpower cost.
- Propose and review company compensation strategy & policy in line with Business Strategy and Government Regulations to ensure it's effectiveness, efficiency & compliance.
- Review and improve the payroll process to continuously make it more effective and efficient.
- Gather employee's needs and feedback to understand their concerns on company benefit implementation.
- Check payroll data to ensure payroll accuracy.
Requirements :
- Able to manage a project well (Project Management).
- Good analytical thinking.
- An honest person (integrity), diligent, sharpness in seeing data, and sufficient business sense vision.
- 3 to 5 years experience reviewing Compensation Benefit policy (Salary Structure, Bonus, Benefits).
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office(especially Excel)
- Skilled in making and presenting reports in simple but insightful form.
