On behalf one of our client, we are looking for HR Supervisor (CnB) to be located at Pluit North Jakarta.
Job Responsibilities
1.Handle HRIS Systems Support & Administration, including day to day issue resolution;
·Maintain personnel record information, including payroll, leave accrual record, allowance, work contract information and other HR related data;
·Create, update, and oversee processes and workflows for HRIS systems and implement timely updates as changes occur with approval from HR Manager;
·Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for users, with approval from HR Manager
·Provide new user training to HRIS and administrative processing for HR users
2.Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations;exit employee
·Calculate and process payroll monthly on time;
·Calculate report and ensure all BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, and PPH21, are processed timely;
·Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise;
·Investigate complaints brought forward by employees;
·Produce and submit reports related with manpower costs, monthly headcounts, turnover rate and other HR related reports;
·Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures, identify ways to improve policies and procedures;
·Responsible for exit employee offboarding process (administrative and exit interviews)
3.Responsible to coordinate with third party such as Outsourcing company
4.Other job related to duties as assigned.
Job requirements
•Bachelor degree in any fields
•Proven experience in Compensation Benefits, tax pph 21
•Excellent in data management and outstanding skill in Excel
•Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
•Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
