Learning Solution Partner Jobs

Identify Training needs, working closely with Partners

Create Training Need Analysis (TNA)

Deliver training for Operational staff and Head Office staff

Design and make the training module

On-field training or do observation

Do evaluation on Level 3

This position will be responsible to grow our digital product

- Map Potential Client / Partner Ecosystem for specific solutions.

- Build relationship with potential users

- Propose solution that match to client needs

- Execute business plans with clear goals, objectives, and metrics

- Establish and promote regular communication cadence with the same stakeholder constituents

Have minimum 3 years’ Experience in instructional design and project management or in Banking Industry

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Familiarity with learning technologies and tools.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including subject matter experts, trainers, managers, and employees

Familiar with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other training-related technologies is beneficial

You're a go-getter with mad juggling skills (or multiple hats) who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment

You have a strong thirst for knowledge and are driven to find solutions that don't exist yet

Collaborating with managers and team leaders to identify specific training needs

Minimum Bachelor's degree, in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or Communication
