What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

• Creating and delivering training materials, such as presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Providing support to employees with training-related questions and issues.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Managing training budgets and resources
• Identify training needs and develop training programs aligned with company strategies/objectives
• Coordinating and scheduling mandatory and non mandatory training sessions, including the pre and post activities
• Collaborating with managers and team leaders to identify specific training needs
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed.
• Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires and helping the integration with the company culture.
• Facilitating training sessions, both in person and online, and providing feedback to employees.

What Is Required And What We’re Looking For

• Possess strong analytical skills to assess training needs, evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives, and make data-driven decisions
• Minimum 5 year's of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training roles
• The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs in various training delivery methods, conducting needs assessments, managing learning projects, and implementing learning strategies.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree, in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or Communication
• Familiar with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other training-related technologies is beneficial
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly, facilitate training sessions, create engaging learning materials, and communicate with stakeholder
• The ability to foster a positive learning environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including subject matter experts, trainers, managers, and employees
• Continuous Learning Mindset; staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of learning and development
