1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, communicate, and uphold the company's core values and culture.
2. Develop and execute strategies to improve employee retention, happiness, productivity and loyalty through innovative engagement program.
3. Plan and organize a variety of culture-building activities such as team-building events, workshops, wellness programs, and recognition ceremonies.
4. Monitor and measure employee satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
5. Develop a comprehensive learning program that supports employees' professional growth and development.
6. Monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives, track employee progress, and make adjustments as needed.
7. Provide personalized guidance to employees seeking to enhance their skills and advance their careers.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management or a related field.
2. Working experience in the area of culture and learning for at least 2 years.
3. Proven experience in designing and implementing successful culture engagement and employee development programs.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
5. Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging activities.
6. Familiarity and experience in conducting training need assessments.
7. Experience designing soft skill competency and learning programs for all level.
