As an L&D specialist should pay attention to identifying the current and future skills requirements of an organization and creating flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce
On an individual level, it’s about creating learning environments where employees can continuously develop to be their best so we can utilize the range of resources and sources available. Helps people be better at their job, bottom line, and helps guide the sort of resource and solution we looking for.
At the macro level, L&D is about understanding the organization's strategy and its future capability needs in order to identify learning priorities across the organization.
Development hopefully cascaded to the team and been cascading to the wider business

- Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)
- Facilitating learning interventions
- Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral, and leadership programs
- Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs
- Designing blended learning solutions
- Creating a coaching culture in the organization
- Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
- Carrying out capability assessments across the organization
- Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development
Requirements:
- Mandatory Skill: Performance Management (OKR), Training Need Analysis (TNA), Project Management, Strategic & Critical thinking
- Have a good analytical skill
- Involved in strategical L&D
- Great communication skills (English both oral & written)
- Experience as Learning & Development 4yrs
- Data Driven
