Proficiency, Having knowledge and experience in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Visio, Miro, Mindjet Mind Manager.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

Fresh Graduate are welcome (Preferably has working experience max 2 year)

Strong analytical skills and have passion working with numbers and data.

Strong Interpersonal and communication skill and works well together with various other work units which have multiple backgrounds

Excellent project management and change management skills and written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa (added advantage)

7-9 years of deep Benefits functional experience with strong business acumen; knows the Technology and/or FinTech/Fin Services industry around Asia Pacific.

Proven analytical skills, keen eye for detail, and have truly in-depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets including building and maintaining complex models

Responsible for evaluating, selecting and owning relationships with external benefits vendors, ensuring service excellence and long-term value optimization

Prior experience in other aspects of Total Rewards (e.g Mobility/Compensation) is a plus

Experience in data analysis and visualizations (creating dashboards etc)and communicating effectively across teams in markets across the region

Min. bachelor's degree and 1 year work experience

Hardwork, discipline, and good communication skills

Have the capability to read journal and publication in Higher Education

Mastering Microsoft Office and administration process

Able to operate application design (preferred)

Able to speak and written in English

Knowledge of content management systems and digital marketing tools, familiar with navigating social media including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.

Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement

Manage company’s website content as needed

Manage publication’s budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively

3+ years experience in content writing, copywriting, creative writing, editing and proofreading

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
