Publication Group Lead Jobs

About the role

As Publication Group Lead, you will responsible leading the publication team in delivering high-quality written materials that effectively communicate company's vision, mission and objective to internal and external stakeholders, as well as to provide strategic guidance on content development. This position is also responsible to manage day-to-day company's publications and will work closely with other functions to ensure the contents produced align with the company’s goals.

Your key accountabilities including

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practice to ensure that company’s content remains relevant, informative, and accurate.
• Review, edit, and proofread the written materials and contents that will publish for website, bulletins, brochures, and campaigns to ensure consistency and adherence to company style guidelines prior approval submission
• Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
• Write, interpret, and simplify complex technical contents
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Create writing content that will inspire, educate, inform, and give information across a wide variety of digital platforms as well as to utilize bulletins, email, teleconferences, or newsletter, and ensure communicates effectively
• Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print, as well as research any topics make sure the content contains an up to date and accurate information
• Manage company’s website content as needed
• Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
• Manage publication’s budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively
• Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines

Applicants must possess the following requirement

• Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communicate skills
• Bachelor's Degree majoring in Communications, Literature, Public Relations, or Journalism
• 3+ years experience in content writing, copywriting, creative writing, editing and proofreading
• Knowledge of content management systems and digital marketing tools, familiar with navigating social media including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
• Expertise in grammar and punctuation both in English and Indonesian languages
• Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Experienced in creating campaigns
