Membantu Journal and Book Manager melakukan tugasnya.

Melakukan pengetikan untuk pembuatan buku (mentranskrip).

Memastikan konsistensi dalam penggunaan gaya dan format yang sesuai dengan standar penulisan atau pedoman tertentu yang berlaku.

Mengevaluasi kualitas isi tulisan, mengidentifikasi potensi perbaikan, dan memberikan saran untuk memperbaiki masalah dalam naskah.

Memastikan proyek penyuntingan selesai sesuai dengan tenggat waktu yang ditentukan.

Berkomunikasi dengan penulis untuk memberikan masukan konstruktif tentang cara meningkatkan naskah mereka dan membahas perubahan yang diusulkan.

Possess 2 years experience in school administration and familiar with Dapodik system

Strong interpersonal skills and confident

To attend necessary meeting, to participate in school activities and other related matters as per requirement.

In charge of filing all students semester and annual academic and non-academic report with the acknowledgement of the Principal

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree of any major or related majors

Minimal Bachelor's Degree (S1) Accounting/Management/Economics

Fresh graduates with finance or accounting internship experiences is welcome

Manage journals and reconciliations bank accounts

Manage journal and reconciliations of deposit accounts

Record and daily monitoring financial transactions

Reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledger

Min. bachelor's degree and 1 year work experience

Hardwork, discipline, and good communication skills

Have the capability to read journal and publication in Higher Education

Mastering Microsoft Office and administration process

Able to operate application design (preferred)

Able to speak and written in English

Knowledge of content management systems and digital marketing tools, familiar with navigating social media including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.

Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement

Manage company’s website content as needed

Manage publication’s budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively

3+ years experience in content writing, copywriting, creative writing, editing and proofreading

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
