Air Logistics Systems Specialists

Your Role

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth + efficient operations by providing up-to-date systems knowledge + ensuring the required software functionalities are optimally set up. You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• To test + implement new releases in cooperation with key stakeholders.
• To complete the analysis + optimization of operational processes for both customers + suppliers.
• To deliver user trainings in system enhancements, forwarding, optimization + other dedicated trainings.
• To provide day to day systems support for all users.
• To ensure data quality by conducting regular review + analysis.
• To guide external Electronic Data Interfaces (EDIs) via gathering of requirements + communicating specifications with Information Technology team.
• To support the transfer + improvement of related tasks.
• To improve the quality of operational processes + systems.

Your Skills And Experiences

• Min 2 years experience in related field
• Ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Customer + stakeholder relationships
• Knowledge across our operations, products + services
• Strong analytical skills + knowledge of business systems
