Category Development Associate (Digital Goods - Top Up & Edu)

What You Will Do

• Responsible to liaise with other internal teams (business functions and product tech) to support business initiatives implementation
• Managing curation process on partner product to fulfill government standard
• Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements
• Maintaining relationships with existing partners with providing support, information & guidance to grow their business in the category
• Responsible to initiate & managing acquisition process of new partner and execute improvement on acquisition funnel
• Handling all operational issue/escalated complaints related to internal stakeholders

What You Will Need

• Excellent time management skills and abilities to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
• Proactive and having good problem solving
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a tight deadline
• Experience in Edu tech or Education industry is a plus
• Min. 2 year working experience in Tech Industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication across the team
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or another relevant field
• Able to create campaign strategic & planning and analyze the report
