Description


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develops marketing, brand plans, and venture launch plans for the category through well thought segmentation, targeting, and positioning process
  • Drives profitable pricing strategy for the overall assigned category
  • Develops customer programs to drive loyalty
  • Develops value proposition and messages for new products based on value assessment results from LPTs conducted by CPD&D Team and LPDs conducted by Demand Generation (DG) Team
  • Leads in the formulation of DG plans and works closely with both DG Team and Sales Team to ensure flawless excellent execution of campaigns in target markets segments
  • Identifies and assesses the market opportunity
  • Monitors excellent execution effectiveness of campaigns as agreed with Demand Generation and Sales Leaders
  • Serves as a central point of contact with global/regional/sub-regional marketing in his/her assigned category. For new launch products, working closely with RAS/CPD&D, DG, and Sales, monitors timelines to ensure timely excellent launch execution


Qualifications


  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or product development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skill in guiding people of different competencies, experiences, and cultural backgrounds
  • Experiences in the pesticide business would give additional value.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and turn strategy into implementation
  • Post Graduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Basic knowledge of Agriculture would be an advantage.
  • Able to lead, energize and motivate local teams
