Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring all estates are operating in optimum efficiency from the land preparation to seeding to harvesting
• Liaise with Contractors, Consultants and internal parties that is involved in estate projects
• Fully responsible for ensuring all Estates are adequately staffed with workers (local and foreign hires)
• Manage and deliver assigned project(s) in meeting timeline, quality and budget
• Provide leadership to the overall Palm Oil Plantation business of the companies for all of their estates based in Indonesia.
• Manage the strategy, conceptualization and implementation of the Group's projects
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify, resolve and manage operational issues and challenges to achieve business objectives
• Continually working with respective Estate Managers to improve on production yield and volume
• Spearhead the development of operational targets and the right strategies to strive for continuous improvement that reflect in the aspects of quality, time and cost
• Ensure timely submission of Project Management reports as and when require
• Provide technical expertise in matters pertaining to estate's sustainability, mechanisation, pest control and cultivation processes.

Job Requirements

• 10 - 15 years experience within the oil palm industry, in a senior operational management position.
• Preferably Degree/Diploma in Agricultural Science or related discipline.
• Superior leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Ability to work in multicultural teams and under pressure and deadlines.
• Understanding of processes required for developing and monitoring strategic plans
• Preferably Senior Managers with experience in Oil Palm Planting.
• Must be willing to work in Indonesia.
• Must be an aggressive, hardworking and matured individual who possess a high degree of energy, enthusiasm and desire to excel in the job
