Keep management apprised of progress and significant developments on key projects

Execute required actions to implement and operationalize a sustainable EHS management system (GEHC EHS Framework 2.0)

Collaborate with Operations and other teams to implement programs to include change management and drive a proactive and positive safety culture

Strong knowledge of Indonesia and SEA EHS related regulatory requirements.

H&S Compliance experience with demonstrated capability of learning requirements and applying this experience locally & internationally

Proven experience (5+ years) in risk management, preferably within the agricultural or plantation industry.

Excellent knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, risk mitigation strategies, and best practices in risk management.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present risk-related information to senior management.

Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to minimise the impact of potential risks.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the implementation of effective risk management practices and provide guidance on risk-related matters.

Monitor key risk indicators and performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Team Management and Problem solving skills.

1. Training the subordinates by transforming knowledge/ using the experiences and get assistances from other departments.

15 to 20 years experience in Palm oil Plantation in a Senior level position.

To meet these goals following areas should be looked in to.

Ensure the evacuation of FFB is done in time by monitoring the crop evacuation plan.

2. Bring the required innovation by encouraging the subordinates for innovation and improvements.

10 - 15 years experience within the oil palm industry, in a senior operational management position.

Ensure timely submission of Project Management reports as and when require

Preferably Senior Managers with experience in Oil Palm Planting.

Manage the strategy, conceptualization and implementation of the Group's projects

Continually working with respective Estate Managers to improve on production yield and volume

Manage and deliver assigned project(s) in meeting timeline, quality and budget

Mempunyai pengetahuan serta berpengalaman implementasi Water Management System.

Berpengalaman menangani lahan Plasma dan lahan marginal (Pasiran, gambut, rendahan).

Mampu mengorganisasi tim dengan baik dan melakukan penyelesaian masalah serta komunikasi yang baik dan membangun.

Berpengalaman dalam implementasi standar dan Prinsip Perkebunan yang berkelanjutan seperti sertifikasi RSPO, ISPO dan sertifikasi lainnya.

Melakukan tanggung jawab pekerjaan lainnya sesuai kebutuhan atasan dan melapor langsung kepada Head of Plantation

Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Plantation Head/ Manager Plantation/ Askep Plantation di Hutan Tanaman Industri (HTI)

Bersedia penempatan di Remote Area

Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik

Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry)

Fresh Graduates or maximum of 2 years work experience

Handle projects as needed in each department

Understand each department’s daily processes and goals

Participate in company’s strategic planning and carry out performance evaluation (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data, create and give presentation)

Minimum Bachelor Degree from Post-harvest Technology, Food Technology, Agriculture (Agronomy, Plant Protection, Agriculture Engineering)
