What You Will Do

• Deep dive complex data sets and draw insights to help the business understand the solutions as well as analyzing levers or opportunities to drive growth
• Strategizing data-driven decision-making to align our business OKR and drive higher productivity Managing cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders and measure the impact of every initiative
• Engage DA/BI to create dashboards that help with manual work and regular reporting
• Lead communications across teams within BU to ensure a common understanding of business and operational metrics
• Proactively address challenges, create and monitor performance metrics to convey insights to stakeholders

What You Will Need

• Strong in Ms.Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and familiar with Gsuites
• Able to lead projects, coordinate, and influence stakeholders from different functional areas and level
• Able to communicate in structured, precise, and concise manner
• Experienced in financial modeling
• Able to pick up and run ad-hoc analysis independently
• Strong business acumens
• Ideally has background in management consulting or from other tech startup up with role of CEO office or corp strat team
