Responsibilities of ourConsumer Insight Intern, including but not limited to:

At least 4 years experience in Market Research/ Brand Management and proven experience leading a team or working across functions.

Account handling; management responsibility for account administration, coordinating upwards to Directors and appropriate information to accounts and delivery service departments

Analysis & insight; demonstrating insight to clients

Team, people, & self-development; demonstrate ownership for self and team development – complete a development plan and monitor the progress

At least min. 2 years of experience in Property Development landed house

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Process administrative files for the implementation of AJB, transfer of rights, credit agreements, buy backs, submission of certificates, IMB, etc

Coordinate legal consumer activities with external parties such as: notaries, tax offices, mortgage banks, etc

Make and submit legal documents, such as PPJB, PODP, lease agreements, agreements with property agents, PKS with mortgage lending banks, etc

Handle complaints from consumers related to legal consumer

Knowledge of SQL is a must and experience with Python/R is a plus

Optimize marketplace platform for better user experience, preserve the quality of users, and identify fraudulent patterns or behavior within the platform

Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities - critical and logical thinking

Minimum 2 years of similar experience in data-heavy environment

Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers

Propose strategic interventions by providing consultation and advisory regarding Sellers to senior business leaders using different kinds of data sources

Have background and interest in Logistics, Fulfillment Operations, and Business Development Solutions.

Experience with data management, documenting process and data flows, and ensuring data quality

Expertise in advanced SQL, ETL/data pipelines management, statistical analysis and visualization/data exploration tools such as Python, Looker, Snowflake etc.

Experience in data analysis with expertise in analytical tools and techniques and communicating insights & recommendations

Experience writing SQL in a professional setting

Experience with building self serve reports and visualizations to represent data intuitively in Looker or similar data visualization tools
