Insights & Analytics Associate Jobs

What you will do:

• Propose strategic interventions by providing consultation and advisory regarding Sellers to senior business leaders using different kinds of data sources
• Analyze and monitor key drivers on how to grow our Seller business, focusing but not limited to: Order Funnel, Traffic, Conversion, Supply, SKU Prioritization
• Work closely with the related team to discover insights from available internal data and actively brief/source external data to answer Sellers strategic briefs in Dilayani Tokopedia.

What this role needs:

• Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing complex, large scale data sets.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Fresh graduates with experience in Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools are welcome to apply.
• Have background and interest in Logistics, Fulfillment Operations, and Business Development Solutions.
• Excellent organizational abilities and prioritization of initiatives.
• Strong project management skills, and have the ability to break down big picture ideas into smaller actionable items.

About The Team

Our Internal audit team is divided into two teams, the Operational audit, and IT audit teams, and all members are located in Indonesia. As a Senior IT Internal auditor in GoTo, we had a chance to gain exposure in 3 OpCos covering Gojek, GoTo Financial, and Tokopedia where you are forced to keep learning new things. The great thing is, we are expanding!

Our objective as GoTo Internal Audit Team is to consistently deliver high-quality auditing by evaluating and improving the effectiveness of business control processes which are expected to give management assurance in fulfilling their duties to the organization. To achieve that objective, we strive our best to keep improving our quality to become a trusted business partner.
