Job Description

  • Creates, manages and implements media/marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to increase revenues, awareness, market share, traffic and expansion of brand products.
  • Build relationships with each parties and KOL to improve our good relationship between brand and parties
  • Manage end to end commercial activities include KOL, Social Media, Marketing, Campaign, NPD, E-Commerce and B2C channels relationship
  • Build short and long term plan for each function to reach company goal and consumer needs
  • Responsible for Commercial P&L and activities to improve brand power
Requirements


  • Brings 6-10 years of experience (preferably from a leading consulting firm or high-growth internal strategy or skincare industry).
  • Displays strong project management skills with good time management skills
  • Excels in an organization and structured communication.
  • Demonstrates adept strategic thinking.
  • Experience in the same filed will be highly considered
  • Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering connections across hierarchies.
  • Thrives within a dynamic, data-focused environment.
  • Exhibits English proficiency.
  • Balances detail-oriented execution with strategic vision.
