A Customer Insights Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve customer experience and increase customer loyalty. They use a variety of analytical techniques to uncover customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and then develop strategies to address them. They also develop customer segmentation models and customer journey maps to better understand customer behavior and preferences. They work closely with other departments to ensure customer insights are incorporated into product and marketing strategies.What is Customer Insights Analyst Job Skills Required?
