Job Summary


To plan, manage and monitor the implementation of customer Value Proposition activities and processes in order to deliver on approved operational plans in an effective and efficient manner.



  • Responsible for conducting customer needs and behavioural research
  • Responsible for conducting market research and relevant market test experiments to gather insights that influence product, segment and proposition development.
  • Drive the execution of data led campaigns and management of the same.
  • Champion the transformation of customer experience across all segments through research, innovation and process re-engineering.


Lead stakeholder engagement with Product Houses, Marketing, Sales and Distribution to ensure alignment to customer insights and execution of related actions.


Education


Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
