Minimum 5 years relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance or private equity

Strong academic background in Finance or Business with knowledge of accounting and finance concepts

Good understanding of M&A and corporate finance

Strong quantitative skills with the ability to understand financial statements and build three statement financial models in Excel

Good business and commercial acumen as well as problem-solving skills

Internship experience of 2-4 months

Support the execution of corporate finance advisory transactions;

Proficiency in financial modelling skills is a must. Experience in developing business cases/feasibility studies would be an advantage.

Min 6 years of working experience in project financing, corporate finance, contract review, public private partnership would be an advantage

University degree preferably majoring in accounting, finance, economics/public policy . Masters degree would be an advantage

Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project, including the preparation and delivery of projects.

3-5 professional experience in a client-facing role such as consulting, account management, or sales;

Excellent project management and time management skills;

Excellent English writing skills for both professional communications and for research and reports;

Experience working on donor-funded proposals and reports is an advantage.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business studies, accounting or finance;

Mandatory qualifications: The following qualification(s) are mandatory for the candidate to perform the role: CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA;

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and motivate junior team members;

Having knowledge of academic programs, educational policies, and regulations

Having minimum 7 years experience, 3 years in Supervisory Level
