About Us: Founded in 2013, Labor Solutions, a women-owned social enterprise, leverages technology to engage and educate workers in order to protect their rights and improve their working conditions. We provide consumer brands with big data about human rights risks by equipping suppliers (factories) with tech tools to understand and manage human rights in their facilities. WOVO, our flagship product, is one app for workers (to communicate, learn & report), one platform for suppliers, and one dashboard for brands.
Our tools ensure that factory workers know their rights & responsibilities, can access remedies, and are heard by management. We serve over 1.7 million workers (80% women) in 36 countries and 27 languages. Our key strength is our ability to reach workers, and to use a bottom-up approach to advocate for supplier-owned solutions rather than top-down requirements. Our team includes specialists in the countries our clients operate in, who understand the challenges facing users. We design to be inclusive of underserved markets: workers with lower education and literacy rates.
Our advisory services, which connect us with companies, IGOs, trade unions and other key industry stakeholders, help to build collaborative social ecosystems to drive change. We undertake a variety of research and implementation projects to support the change we wish to see in the world. We partner with leading experts and organizations to produce quality eLearning courses & measurement tools to amplify impact.

As the Partnerships and Advisory Manager at Labor Solutions, you will be our lead point of contact with clients and partners on specialized projects that help us leverage our tools in new sectors and use cases. We expect you to manage and grow our client and partner base through providing high quality project management and advisory services.
What you will be doing:
- Provide value-added communications, training and advisory support to clients;
- Contribute to the improvement of our products and service delivery process by frequently liaising with CX, Innovation, Operations, and IT Team to provide clients’ feedback and market insights;
- Lead the management of assigned clients’ projects. Coordinate across departments and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely deliveries;
- Take on leadership responsibilities for advisory and partnerships projects, including project design, responding to requests for proposals, research and writing, and managing timelines and budgets;
- Ensure proper documentation of client records and support contracting, invoicing and other client-related matters;
- Provide localized support such as translations, research on local issues and market insights.
What we are looking for:
- Experience working on donor-funded proposals and reports is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of or interest in Social Responsibility and Human Rights.
- 3-5 professional experience in a client-facing role such as consulting, account management, or sales;
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent English writing skills for both professional communications and for research and reports;
