Pc Id Deputy Category Strategy & Insights Mgr - Oral Care & Deodorant

Main Job Purpose
As Category Strategy, you will localize Global Category Growth Strategy with CVD (Category Value Drivers) to win the High Value Shopper (HVS) for PC Indonesia to win competitively & profitably.
Key Accountabilities
CATEGORY GROWTH STRATEGIES

• Localize Category Growth Strategy to channel and customer level.
• Voice of Customer in Joint Business Plan and Integrated Brand Plan (IBP).

CATEGORY GROWTH MANAGEMENT

• Deliver insight driven shelf design & high impact visibilities.
• Identify high value shoppers through actionable insights and create shopper marketing plans.
• Align and quantify Category Value Driver to high value shoppers (online and offline).

INNOVATION

• Define Execution Standard (TDP share, assortment, win on shelf, and portfolio guidance).
• Upfront alignment on horizon 2 and 3 innovations, be member of innoflex.
• Voice of channel and customer to Marketing Organization.
• Build high growth channel capability especially in HVS (high value shopper) and Category Growth Assessment with Retailers.
• Voice of channel & customer in horizon 2 & 3 Innovation (CMO), be active member in innoflex to design right SKU portfolio with strong trade stories.
• Growth Learning curve by working closely with Global CSP community, local Brand team, while building relationship with external Key Retailers.
