Minimum 3 years experience in Consumer Research, would be beneficial to have experience in both research agency and client side

Previous experience in financial services/ banking industry is a plus

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively sharing research findings

Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups

Comfortable using computers, documentation skills

Proven customer service experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

Strong phone and message contact handling skills and active listening and reading

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Market knowledge is a value add
