Category Lead Jobs

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
• Having minimum 7 years of experience in merchandising or category management, with 3-5 years of experience in beauty category
• Fluent in English
• Strong negotiation and strategy skill

• Responsible for GMV and P&L of all categories
• Devise long-term development strategies for product categories
• Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category
• Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
• Play a key support role in building the annual business plan based upon an analytical review of historical and competitive data and strategic direction for the category, brand, and customers
• Responsible for acquisition, maintenance and evaluation of all brands
• Lead end to end category and specific strategy initiatives
• Place appropriate orders to ensure product availability that meets consumer demands
• Liaise with other internal teams to support the category growth initiative
