Brand Manager (Cosmetics / Personal Care)

• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns, working closely with product development and business development teams.
• Find, create, and manage good content promotion on social media.
• Work closely with KOL.
• Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across awareness, consideration, and conversion using other channels.
• Analyze and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and driving sales traffic.

Required Experience

• Outstanding communication skills.
• Driver Licence: SIM A/SIM C
• Language : English is a must
• Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
• Experience: 2-3 years Brand Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Social Media related
• Experience handling beauty brand promotion on social media is a BIG PLUS.
• Education : Bachelor degree
• Have experience in Brand Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Social Media related.
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Have a good understanding about TikTok, Shopee and Affiliates.
