1. Grow Digital Goods business GMV, buyer acquisition and orders uplift.
2. End to end business development and operations for Digital Goods.
3. Build and work on campaign within Digital Goods.
4. Generate innovative ideas and insight to increase Digital Goods performance.
5. Maintain partnership with partners and government sectors.
6. Coordinate with internal resources for promotion, budget, daily operation, complaint handling.
7. Work closely with product and tech team for business & feature requirement.
8. Prepare marketing or campaign plan based on data and competitive landscape.

Job Requirement:

To succeed in the role, you should ideally have/be:

1. Minimum 5 years of working experiences in e-commerce, fintech, startup or other related high tech industry related with bill payment services.
2. Deep knowledge, understanding and have passion in Digital Business and e-commerce.
3. Eagerness and hungry to learn something new.
4. Self driven, motivated, independent and have a positive and can-do attitude.
5. Strong analytical and logical skills.
6. Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
7. Excellent communication and coordination capabilities on both English and Bahasa.
8. Minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university.
