Head Of Ecommerce | Consumer Goods

Our consumer goods portfolio company is rapidly growing and is keen to have a strong Ecommerce leader who will lead and develop different business strategies for ecommerce and social medial channels to drive the sales and to maximise the commercial opportunities. As the Head of Ecommerce, you will ensure the brand leads in all aspect along the digital channels and ensure a sustainable and profitable business.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop customer business building proposal in partnership with other departments
• Develop ecommerce sales and marketing investment strategy by working with other departments on plan, budgeting and implementation strategy of online and offline business
• Partner with digital and marketing teams and agencies on 3rd party platforms to ensure all promotional and marketing opportunities are fully supported and executed
• Build strategic partnership with enablers, ecommerce’s retailers and other digital platforms
• Drive sales initiatives and provide partners and consumers
• Create and manage budgeting, sales forecast for online channels
• Develop and implement short, long terms campaigns and strategies to increase ecommerce traffic, conversion, gmv, basket, average order value and profitability
• Develop vision, growth plan, and strategic priorities to drive and maximise GMV and growth in e-commerce
• Leverage and work with principals to understand the brand’s objectives, strategies and consumer insights

Candidate requirements:

• A seasoned sales/strategy/marketing in retail and/ ecommerce/ digital platforms
• Adaptive, organised, driven and able to work under fast pace
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team, and is confident in managing relationships at all levels
• Sounds knowledge of ecommerce business model, retail sales , brand management and shopper marketing
• A business leader with strong commercial and financial acumen
