The Head of Digital Business Partnership will be responsible for leading the digital business partnership function, developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, and driving revenue growth through partnerships with digital companies.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential partners based on business needs and understanding of the local market. Develop and execute the digital business partnership strategy, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and managing existing partnerships
2. Establish new business relationships with potential partners to create mutually beneficial arrangements
3. Negotiate terms of partnership agreements to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and benefitting from the relationship
4. Manage the legal aspects of partnerships by drafting contracts, negotiating terms, and managing disputes
5. Build and lead a team of digital business development professionals
6. Act as the primary point of contact for all digital business partnership activities and manage relationships with key partners
7. Monitor partner performance and help them grow
8. Nurture relationships with partners to increase opportunities and loyalty
9. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and engineering to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnerships
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and identify new opportunities for growth
11. Develop and report on key performance indicators for partnerships and provide regular updates to senior management
12. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions to drive revenue growth through partnerships
13. Develop marketing strategies and tactics to promote the partnership
14. Collaborate with the product team to align on product roadmaps and ensure that partnerships are leveraged to drive product innovation, Constantly develop new ideas for collaboration

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 6 years of experience in digital business development, partnerships, account manager, or a related field
2. Proven track record of successfully leading a digital business development team and driving revenue growth through partnerships
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
5. Understanding of the digital and technology landscape, including current trends, new technologies, and industry players
6. Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to develop and execute on business plans
