Head/Vp Of B2B Business (Portfolio Company)

Our Series B fintech portfolio company is looking for a Head/VP of B2B business that will lead end to end growth of their B2B Product. This role will work closely with the product, marketing, sales, and operation team to craft the best strategy to help their users and build the business. This role will own the P&L and be the leader of their B2B product growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with partners & clients to support rapid growth
• Work together with product, engineering, design, legal, compliance, and operation team to ensure we are building and delivering the best solution
• Improving the inbound flow and conversion rate
• Craft and lead the B2B products & business strategy
• Lead Account Executive and Sales Support team on expanding market share, including
• Managing sales team performance, including incentives, market segmentation, GTM strategy, etc
• Build and mentor a team of highly motivated individuals to manage the business vertical
• Own the budget and be responsible for the P&L of the entire B2B business
• Work together with marketing to create an effective marketing strategy and execution to expand business
• Improving cross sell rate
• Build and lead new solutions for B2B clients

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and/or launching products or new business lines in a startup or building a company is a plus
• At least 8 years of experience working in the merchant/SME/B2B facing company
• Great business acumen, strong communication skills and problem solving with decent risk appetite
• Experience in owning P&L, not limited to leading sales teams
• Experience in either launching a business from zero OR growing a business from early growth to million dollars in revenue
