Avp - Vp Of Finance

Job Summary:

The Vice President of Finance will be responsible to manage and/or supervise all financial management activities of the Company and/or all business units which include Accounting, Cash Management, Treasury, Taxt, Cost & Budget Control for Blibli's Subsidiaries.

Job Responsibility:

1. Establish budget assumptions and business units as well as budget preparation guidelines to ensure that the budget prepared is realistic.
2. Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company’s plan for growth and expansion.
3. Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
4. Completing tax rights and obligations in accordance with applicable regulations and the implementation of Good Corporate Governance principles.
5. Manage financial planning and analysis department. Supervise the creation of reports, software implementation, and tools for budgeting and forecasting.
6. Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget, and cash flow.
7. Mentor and develop team, managing work allocation, systems training, performance evaluations, and the building of an effective and efficient team dynamic.
8. Ensure that the Company's accounting reporting process complies with applicable regulations.
9. Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
10. Evaluate company and team goal achievement, develop and encourage quality and process change initiatives for continuous growth and productivity.
