Head Of Sustainability Jobs

Job Purpose:

Responsible for implementation of Sustainability Strategy & Framework to safeguard the reputation of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia and build our people’s pride in the CCEP Indonesia brand, products, and story.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Review

• Ensuring compliance with Government regulations.
• Understand current emerging environmental and social trends and issues that can pose risks or open opportunities to company and proposing initiatives as well as the business case for sustainability ambitions implementation to Leadership Team.
• Liaises with Group and work closely with all function within CCEP Indonesia as well as Coca-Cola Indonesia and Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia, partners with Sustainability subject matter experts for the implementation within sustainability framework to achieve the objectives.
• Identifying gaps in CCEP Indonesia sustainability performance and recommending priority areas for continuous improvement.
• Manage implementation of CCEP Indonesia Sustainability policies, commitments, and initiatives related to Group-wide application of Application of Sustainability Ambitions.

Planning

• Advice management the effects of the Sustainability Policy & Strategy to the Business.
• Develop business plan for Sustainability (including strategy, roadmap, measurement and budgeting for programs) and ensure alignment with the Corporate Business Plan and Indonesia Legislation to achieve business objectives.

Execution

• Manage and monitor the implementation of Sustainability program, at local and national level.
• Revise and formulate the monthly status and communication of business highlighting key risks and Develop National strategy to build awareness of Sustainability programs to internal and external stakeholder.
• Building awareness of sustainability programs within the company through communicating and marketing sustainability campaigns to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Preferably from Multinational FMCG Industry
• Job experience in Sustainability Management min 5 years in senior managerial position
• Male/Female, graduated from reputable university of related academic background (Chemical Engineering/Environmental Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering)
