Job experience in Sustainability Management min 5 years in senior managerial position

Advice management the effects of the Sustainability Policy & Strategy to the Business.

Manage implementation of CCEP Indonesia Sustainability policies, commitments, and initiatives related to Group-wide application of Application of Sustainability Ambitions.

Manage and monitor the implementation of Sustainability program, at local and national level.

Identifying gaps in CCEP Indonesia sustainability performance and recommending priority areas for continuous improvement.

Ensuring compliance with Government regulations.

Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in Sustainability & business development

Preferably having experience in a related Field

Good written, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Good research, and analysis skills with a high level of attention to detail

Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 5 years working experience as Finance and Accounting Manager in retail industry.

Knowledgeable in Inventory control with retail fashion background is preferred

Prior experience from Big Four public accountant firm and business analyst is preferred.

Experience in SAP (FICO, SD, MM, & WM) and Microsoft Excel (advance level).

Strong leadership skills, detail oriented, multi-tasking, creative, independent and able to work under pressure.

Practical know-how of development cooperation, experience in program management and knowledge of relevant actors and institutions;

Monitor warehouse function to ensure that it is well-managed (inventory management)

Manage project-based initiatives assigned by Chairman/CEO, and monitor and prepare project progress report

Financial background/experience (profitability, EBITDA and operating expenses, ROI and payback period of an investment)

Supervise purchasing function of animal healthcare products, ensure the products sourced are price justified, of good quality and continuously supplied

Monitor production of probiotics to ensure that it is running smoothly, effectively and efficiently

Resolve issues within the internal business unit, across business units, and derived from customers

Strong knowledge of system integration, data management, and data analytics solutions

Develop a data management and analytics team with the skills required to deliver the proposed solution.

Stay updated on current trends, technology, and best practices in Data Management and Analytics area.

Provide strategic data architecture design using cutting-edge technologies to solve client issues in the data management and analytics area.

Design and implement training programs to improve the member’s skills and knowledge and keep the members updated with new technologies.
