Job Description

To Manage & Guide the Project Managers / Directors & PMT team in achieving Project Goals.


Responsibility:

  • Project Sponsor for key projects
  • Responsible for all Projects’ performance executed in Yard.
  • Assist PM with negotiating major VO’s / schedule impact / LD’s etc.,
  • As a Project sponsor interact with customer on Key issues on regular basis.
  • Identify Risk, Implement & Monitor mitigating action to avoid potential issues.
  • Optimization of manpower resources within Project Department.
  • Monitor Project Managers performance and develop their career growth.
  • Ensure projects are executed within budget, schedule, safely and acceptable Quality.
  • Ensure projects follow established company polices & procedures




Education, experience and Skills

  • Minimally a Bachelor of Engineering
  • Minimally 10 yrs of Projects Management experience, managing concurrent fabrication projects (i.e. process modules, e-houses etc)
  • Strong in Contract Management and Project Planning / Scheduling
