Minimally 10 yrs of Projects Management experience, managing concurrent fabrication projects (i.e. process modules, e-houses etc)

Project Sponsor for key projects

Responsible for all Projects’ performance executed in Yard.

Coordinate and monitor the implementation of Data Management projects and initiatives, both tactical and long-term, through projects.

Develop solid business cases to justify tactical and stratgic investments in Data Management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams e.g. IT and the business to deliver on Data Management initiatives.

Attend relevant forums to represent Data Management, where needed.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

Professional technical certifications in databases, reporting, Data Analytics and Big Data will be an advantage.

Strong influencing and people management skills

Relevant certifications e.g. Cloud Certificates, Project Management Certificates

Collaborate with client stakeholders (IT team and System owners) and internal stakeholders (Project Management, Development and DevOps team)

Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas:

Analyze and synthesize business requirements; and build suitable business cases and generate client/business needs through human-centric, visual methods

Analyze technical requirements; factor in dependencies and critical path, and deliver technical deliverables on a timely basis

Proficiency in financial modelling skills is a must. Experience in developing business cases/feasibility studies would be an advantage.

Min 6 years of working experience in project financing, corporate finance, contract review, public private partnership would be an advantage

University degree preferably majoring in accounting, finance, economics/public policy . Masters degree would be an advantage

Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project, including the preparation and delivery of projects.
