The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. • Review existing Product / IT workflow, initiate, and drive process improvement to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
• Incubate and manage Product / IT related strategic initiatives with strong collaboration with cross-team stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of projects with laser focus of quality
• Communicate initiatives ideas to stakeholders and translate these ideas into reality
• Conduct Product / IT related research by thoughtful analysis backed by data

Requirements

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in local and regional teams
• Able to quickly adapt in a dynamic environment
• Able to deliver powerful presentations, demonstrated by the capability to synthesize data into clear messages and bring senior stakeholders along
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Prior experience as PMO/Tech Consultant preferred.
• Solid track record in project managing comprehensive projects within the timeline and allocated resources. A plus if have prior experience managing IT Security, IT Governance, IT Operations projects.
• Passionate in the tech industry with good understanding of customers behaviors and expectations
• Strong analytical skills and structured process thinking to use data to build solid use cases
• Impact oriented, self-initiated problem solver who constantly finds ways to innovate and improve
• Strong business acumen and highly customer focused mindset
