Telecommunications industry experience is desirable

Develop and update business processes within operations and consult with corporate business processes

Experience working on USAID-funded projects including management of grants, other local sub-contracts and subawards.

Prepares monthly Remove Office Voucher (ROV) documentation and promptly submits to Abt HQ once approved by Senior Management.

Supervises and supports staff in finance, grants, administration, and drivers.

Develops, manages, and monitors activity budgets, financial reports, and projection of funding.

Liaises with the Home Office Finance team on all aspects of financial procedures and any issues that may arise.

Ensures that government taxes, pension funds, and statutory requirements are paid on time.

3. Strong technical and project management skills

2. Maintain, design, and build Kozystay application, website, and IT infrastructure

3. Develop and lead Kozystay's tech team

Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Prior experience as PMO/Tech Consultant preferred.

Strong analytical skills and structured process thinking to use data to build solid use cases

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in local and regional teams

Review existing Product / IT workflow, initiate, and drive process improvement to increase team efficiency and effectiveness

Conduct Product / IT related research by thoughtful analysis backed by data

Communicate initiatives ideas to stakeholders and translate these ideas into reality
