To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

Minimum 2 years of working experiences in project or product management, business intelligence (BI), management consulting, strategy, or CEO office.

Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management

Produce reports to update management on the performance and progress of ShopeeFood initiatives.

Strategic analysis of ShopeeFood customer and stakeholders experience and operation-related problems, define root cause, and recommend solutions.

Strong analytical skills, attention to details and enjoy working with numbers

Strong in tackling multiple tasks and able to manage projects end-to-end

Highly organized, good time management and collaborative skills working with multiple stakeholders

+3 years experience in project management positions with proven track record in Problem Solving, Data Analytics, and insights presentation

Involvement in a variety of strategic initiatives and corporate finance activities

Strategic thinker with strong presentation skills, able to comprehend and illustrate complex, creative concepts in concise, professional formats

Solid communication skills, fluent English, additional language is a plus

Good command of PowerPoint, Excel skills

Triage opportunities and develop business proposals. Actively manage the proposal through end-to-end project management and client liaison. Includes monitoring and reporting.

Demonstrated experience in the education and training sector in identifying, designing, and delivering courses and/or projects

Experience working in a complex regulatory environment (preferably between international education partnerships).

Experience and knowledge of industry/government-related programs and funding mechanisms.

Prior experience in the higher education industry or training and development (including Executive Education / Learning and Development) is essential.

Working knowledge of international education delivery models, and industry and learner markets is highly favourable

Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Prior experience as PMO/Tech Consultant preferred.

Strong analytical skills and structured process thinking to use data to build solid use cases

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in local and regional teams

Review existing Product / IT workflow, initiate, and drive process improvement to increase team efficiency and effectiveness

Communicate initiatives ideas to stakeholders and translate these ideas into reality

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

In accordance with authentic and safety standards, plan, perform, supervise, and coordinate the completion of assigned Product Quality investigations within deadlines

Reviews a high volume of items virtually and in-person for authenticity concerns, Terms of Service violations, or incorrect descriptions.

Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management.

Provides and ensures communication with and between project and constituent management at critical points in the implementation of the project plan.

Bachelor's degree; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.

Advanced knowledge and understanding of relevant university business and operating systems, policies, and procedures.
