Job Scope

Lead local D&T team and orchestrate OpCo digital transformation in line with MT priorities. Provide expertise and capabilities to the business across pillars of the D&T organization

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy and orchestration

• Maintain an integrated end-to-end view of all local D&T initiatives and prioritize/reallocate resources where appropriate
• Prioritize and optimize resource allocation for local D&T initiatives
• Ensure successful solutions by pressure testing solutions, coaching teams, and providing high impact support
• Create an appropriate ecosystem to enable transformation, by managing strategic vendor and partners relationships
• Operationalize and deliver the full D&T potential program ambition
• Provide technical vision, guidance, and authorization to carry out major plans and initiatives
• Oversee design and implementation of D&T principles, policies, and processes

Digital & Tech activities

• Keep a contingency plan in place, ensuring the integrity of systems, information, and business continuity
• Ensure implementation of global enterprise architecture
• Supervise data management and governance to ensure readily available and high-quality data
• Ensure cyber security measures are in place and functioning
• Oversee and guide the development of new Digital / Advanced Analytics products

Upskilling/Agile acceleration

• Build and develop local capabilities in data, advanced analytics, digital product development, technology, and cyber security
• Lead implementation of Agile WoW and cross-functional product teams, and support the digital upskilling of the overall workforce

Leadership and personnel management

• Lead the Digital & Technology Team and develop the team members aligned with the corporate culture
• Contributes to the development of the culture across OpCo, champions I&D by role modeling inclusive leadership
• Is a Management Team and take there the leadership to drive the digital transformation of the OpCo across all functions
• Represent the D&T function in the Management Team and take there the leadership to drive the digital transformation of the OpCo across all functions with the mission to become the best-connected brewer
• Lead and build the D&T Team by developing future leaders and plans for succession considering external trends and future capability requirements
• Drives performance by recognizing and celebrating good performance and dealing swiftly with underperformance and making tough people decisions when required

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to hire and develop world-class talent, and construct a team to deliver operational excellence
• 8+ years’ experience, with 5+ in IT/digital transformation and 3+ years leading similar size organization
• Proven ability to deliver large, transformational technological projects
• Possess business knowledge and understanding, preferably in the industry or at least in an adjacent one
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex technical processes to business stakeholders and to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with leaders across the business
• Possess digital and innovative mindset, knowledge base, and experience that goes beyond simple awareness; experience with Agile ways of working
• Proven strategic thinking
• Strong project delivery, planning and change management skills
• Experience with incorporating data and analytics in decision making
